Travis Howser

Experience:
Travis Howser is a PGA professional who has taught golf for 10 years. Travis has coached golf
all over the world spending the last 5 years in Shanghai, China coaching golf in both English
and Mandarin Chinese. 我会说中⽂. Travis has two young boys growing up in the game of golf
and is on a mission to developing lifelong experiences through golf.

Podcast:
He is the host of his own podcast called Raising Golfers, which is dedicated to helping parents
and coaches through the fun, yet complex journey of junior golf.

Coaching Philosophy:
Travis helps players of all ages, skills and abilities. His coaching philosophy is to help students
with the three most important fundamentals of the game. 1. Being able to control where the
club hits the ground. 2. Being able to control the direction the ball flies and its curvature. 3.
Being able to hit the ball far enough to play on the golf course. He has coaching certifications
that cover all areas of the game from putting, wedge play, full swing, mental game, and tactical
course play.
